Services Provided

Allan Veterinary Clinic provides general veterinary care and outpatient services, including but not limited to:

  • Preventive healthcare and vaccinations
  • Spay/neuter and routine surgeries
  • Dental care
  • Diagnostic services (labs, imaging)
  • Pet dermatology, ophthalmology, and lump removals
  • Euthanasia and end-of-life care
  • Sedation grooming for qualifying pets

Note: We do not offer overnight hospitalization, care for pregnant pets, or complex emergency procedures.

Appointment Policy

We operate by scheduled appointments to ensure proper time and care for each patient.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
  • Emergency walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability and case severity.

Payments and Billing

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit/debit cards
  • Select third-party payment plans (if offered)

You will receive an estimate before any major procedure. While we strive to be transparent, actual costs may vary based on your pet’s needs during treatment.

Health & Safety Requirements

To protect the health of all patients:

  • Pets must be up to date on required vaccines before appointments or grooming
  • Aggressive animals may require pre-visit medications or alternate handling methods
  • You are responsible for informing us about any allergies, chronic conditions, or behavioral issues
We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet’s condition poses a safety risk to our team or other animals.

Emergency Services Disclaimer

While we do address urgent cases during business hours, we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital.

We will exercise reasonable care when providing veterinary services. However:

  • We are not liable for complications due to undisclosed medical conditions or behavior
  • We are not responsible for injury or illness resulting from neglect of recommended care
  • We reserve the right to refer your pet to a specialist if we believe your pet requires care beyond our scope

Clients assume responsibility for all costs resulting from services requested or administered.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are not issued for completed services. For prepaid services:

  • Full refunds are available if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstance

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
